Fitness Journy

I’m a large man, and for numerous reasons the time has come for that to change. It’s tough, and I often fine myself struggling with the willpower to continue. But, at the moment, I am persevering. Come and ask me about it; specifically ask if I have been to the gym today to make sure I am staying on track. Feel free to berate me if I haven’t and hold me to account. I’ll thank you for it in the long run.
